With over 35 years of experience as a bankruptcy attorney and trustee, Howard is capable of opining about the full spectrum of issues related to Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy matters. He has served as both a testifying and non-testifying expert in cases involving such issues as defenses to avoidable transfers and fraudulent conveyances, community property interests, and the effects of material misrepresentations made by debtors. He held a certification in business bankruptcy law for more than 20 years and has been an appointed U.S. Chapter 7 Trustee since 1995.
