Jamil has been in the construction industry since 1983. Holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, hold a B license, general contractor, and a certificate in Project Management from UCLA. Currently a Law Student. Completed a mediation program at Pepperdine University, and enrolled in a mediation certificate program with Conflict Resolution Institute. Held various positions from superintendent to senior project manager.
